Summary
How do you help a brand whose outdated visual identity and website UX fail to engage their target audience?
I revitalized the StartEngine brand by creating a new visual identity that would still appeal to their target demographic (males, Caucasian, aged 45+). Additionally, I helped establish a comprehensive design system to ensure ongoing brand consistency. I improved website content organization for better usability and strategically added more points of conversion on landing pages. Since most of our users visit the website on mobile devices, I prioritized optimizing the mobile experience. Finally, I applied the improved design system across StartEngine's digital advertising channels, achieving a unified brand identity. These changes resulted in significantly increased conversion rates on both the company website and digital advertising channels and overall growth in revenue for the company.
